Harry and his son, Toby, meticulously manage their heritage orchards, originally planted by Harry’s father, Bill, in the early 1970s. These orchards, featuring seven distinct cider apple varieties like Dabinett and Harry Masters Jersey, alongside a more recent planting, provide the 100% juice used to craft their exceptional cider.
